With all respect.
My issues with Commissioner Cook had nothing to do with you.
I'm alarmed that a County Commissioner would reach out to you. I was
making a point there is always a deal to be made. I'm so sick of "if I do
it for you, I have to do it for everybody" when I'm asking for something.
Every time JEDO approves a deal at the end of the day ONE guy or gal gets
the benefit.
Because Cook took me to school on the real estate business, I just point
out something he controls and is doing it badly. I've never mentioned you
by name. His job is to collect taxes, not mine. I admire how you
are setting precedent for the future. You are my hero.
I will tell you my personal opinion, considering the "Pull Factor" retail
sales are the number one way to generate taxes for the County and now that
you bring it up, paying them is second.
My office is at 3625 SW 29th - #100@MCRE
I hate your elevator it goes way too slow - ( maybe I'm a tiny bit
claustrophobic) I would take the steps yet they are all locked down.
Please come visit anytime. My coffee is not as good.
