As your Mayor, I would be committed to fostering a fair and sustainable environment for both property owners and tenants in our community. After careful consideration, I propose that the Landlords Association adopt a robust system of self-regulation. This would involve establishing a clear and enforceable Code of Conduct for all members. By setting high standards for professionalism and accountability, the Association can ensure that landlords uphold ethical practices without the need for additional bureaucratic oversight.
