Henry,

Matt shared your voicemail with me. The request you've made regarding the sewer line for Pizza Hut does not fit within our incentive guidelines. Our incentives are structured to support companies who are primary employers or small  businesses and Pizza Hut is neither.

Be sure to reach out when you have a future deal we may be able to assist with like we did with Mainline.

Thank you,

My work hours may differ from yours. Please don't feel obligated to reply outside of yours.

Why did the Pizza Hut deal not qualify for your support?

LB LOTS LLC

Mr. Henry McClure,

Thank you for the eye opening awareness of Lauren's Bay. I've done some research and I BELIEVE someone needs to EXPLAIN how non-payment of real estate taxes has been apparently ALLOWED on these lots.

I've only looked through 10 of the 60 lots owned and it's DISTURBING on so many levels. How is this even legal, let alone MORALLY AND ETHICALLY RIGHT???

Corruption, abuse of power and etc. continues to occur. His the owner on the lots here, the Leader of the Pack? Every taxpayer (residential or business) owner should be OUTRAGED.

The money owed just on these 10 lots is a substantial amount of money. And the City of Topeka has contract for the lake out there too. Probably the park there as well.

City of Topeka buys a hotel and it's already an issue, roads need fixed, talking about a riverfront, mental health, crime, homelessness etc. Money, money, money. Go Topeka needs to GO. Some more pick and choosers to their liking. PURE INSANITY!!!

Thoroughly Disgusted,
Rhonda
