Good Evening Mr. Henry McClure,

What a very unprofessional response of Council Member Sylvia Ortiz. Apparently, you reaching out to her back in March (professionally) to assist with an issue was "dirty work". Her response was to "leave Joe alone and stop emailing her". I believe as her "elected" position, it would be her duty to assist with the most best and least resistance to help an individual within her district.

I clearly remember when she talked you down in a very condescending way at a meeting. Very rude and in front of other's. She's not ever returned my calls and I gave up a long time ago after the Globetrotter incident.

I found the council video and you NEVER once mentioned his name or gave a complete address. Your comment was not BLASTING him as she stated. Only asking the assistance of the council to help you with resolution where Council Member Sylvia Ortiz responded in defiance towards you. 

She references the gentleman as a "disabled old black man", instead of his given name. WOW and so very sad. She gave you and Mr. McBride "unfair treatment" by her not trying to assist initially.

It's very unfortunate all this happened as it did. As long as there continues to be "resistance" and rude and unprofessional conduct, Topeka will continue in a downward spiral. As I watch meetings with "public comment", it's very sad to see the expressions of faces of feeling not heard, cared about and defeated.

      Let's be clear, my job as a council member is NOT to do your dirty work or use my position to remove a disabled old black man from a house that he has been paying rent since 2008 and the owner/landlord did not fulfill his legal obligations and make this property habitable.  But continued to take his money.   Mr. McBride did not get behind on his rent until April of 2024 when he burned himself (burned some toes off) on a wood burning stove, while trying to keep warm because the owners would not fix his heater or water pipes. 

     My only regret is that I did not know this sooner.   Citizens are not happy that you came and publicly blasted Mr. McBride at a council meeting, telling his personal business.

Stop emailing me Henry.   I will never be a part of this unfair treatment to a person who can't defend himself. Stop provoking his son.  Henry Stop the madness!

You are welcome.  McBride's son is a real piece of work.  He was yelling insults and threats to Henry and I in the hallway and parking lot of the Courthouse.  My private eye stayed between us and the son.  She even called to see if I got to my office safely.  McBride is a very pleasant fellow.  Chauncey McBride has been a problem.  I hope this is the end of it with you getting possession on July 31, 2024 without any incidents.

Hello Google Analytics user,

On July 1, 2024, Google Analytics 4 properties will have fully replaced Universal Analytics properties, as previously announced. From that date, Google will begin turning off all Universal Analytics services and Universal Analytics APIs, which means Universal Analytics properties will be inaccessible through the Google Analytics front-end and APIs. If you haven't completely migrated to Google Analytics 4 properties, follow the migration guide to start making the switch today.

Exporting your data
To maintain access to data from your Universal Analytics property, you should download or export your data now. If this isn't done through one of the methods provided in the Google Analytics Help Center, your data will be permanently deleted by Google and won't be recoverable. If you intend to use the BigQuery integration to export historical data from your Universal Analytics 360 property, we strongly recommend initiating this immediately.

Product integrations
Universal Analytics data and settings accessed or used through advertiser, publisher or other product integrations will be unavailable when services have stopped. For example:

  1. Universal Analytics goals and ecommerce transactions will stop measuring new conversions, including within linked advertising accounts. This may affect ad campaign performance if those conversions are used in combination with Smart Bidding.
  2. Universal Analytics audience lists will be closed, which may affect ad campaign media activation and performance.
  3. API requests related to Universal Analytics properties will fail, including requests for deletion of Universal Analytics data through the User Deletion API. This also means that tools relying on an API, such as Looker Studio, will not show any Universal Analytics data.
  4. BigQuery export and backfill of historical data from Universal Analytics 360 properties can only be requested up to and including June 30, 2024. Already exported data remains available in BigQuery.
  5. Attribution Projects that were part of Attribution (beta) in Google Analytics will be deleted.

You are welcome.  McBride's son is a real piece of work.  He was yelling insults and threats to Henry and I in the hallway and parking lot of the Courthouse.  My private eye stayed between us and the son.  She even called to see if I got to my office safely.  McBride is a very pleasant fellow.  Chauncey McBride has been a problem.  I hope this is the end of it with you getting possession on July 31, 2024 without any incidents.

The trial was a success.  Henry was cool under pressure.  Joe McBride was evicted.  The Court gave him until Midnight on July 31, 2024 to be completely out of the property.  I wil  prepare the Journal Entry.  If McBride is o not out on time a writ of eviction will be served.
