Could you please explain the issue in detail?
Please check if the power light is on when you push the power button.
1. Check Monitor & Connections
Ensure the monitor is on and set to the correct input (e.g., HDMI 1, DP, etc.).
Try a different 4K gold plated HDMI cable.
Test a different HDMI port.
Test a different Display Monitor
2. Please do not connect any USB 2.0 peripherals if they are not compatible with USB 3.2.
Some USB 2.0 peripherals causes boot issues if they are not compatible with USB 3.2 (USB 2.0 pins are black color).
Disconnect all USB peripherals and try to boot again.
3. Force a Hard Reset
Unplug the power cable and all peripherals and USB devices, and hold the power button for 30 seconds (drains residual power).
Wait for 1 hour, then plug everything back in and restart the PC.
Reconnect power and try booting again.
4. Test Without Peripherals
Disconnect all USB devices, external drives, and SD cards (a faulty peripheral can block boot).
Try booting with only power + monitor connected.
Test the power supply with a Voltage Tester Digital Multimeter to rule out a power supply issue
5. Check RAM & Storage
Reseat the RAM:
Power off, open the case, remove RAM stick, wipe the connectors with a clean dry cloth, and reinsert them firmly.
Test with one RAM stick in each slot. Test each RAM stick and each slot.
We have attached instructions on how to check the SSD health, please follow the instructions and provide a short video clip of the SSD inserted into the mini PC with the top cover open and powering on the mini PC. Record the BIOS settings page if it boots automatically into the BIOS/APTIO screen.
Please also test reinstalling the OS by using a Windows USB Boot Installer drive. (backup important files or data before reinstalling using a USB to M.2 2280 SSD Adapter and try connecting to another PC)

6. Test power supply on another wall outlet bypassing any surge protectors or switches.
