Stop 9: AFTERMATH Memorial in Paola Today |
AFTERMATH has now made its way to eight different communities, with Salina yesterday and Paola today. Only four more stops remain on the fall tour. Over the past few weeks, we've seen Kansans from every corner of the state come out to walk through the memorial. Thousands more have slowed down to view it from the road. The response has been heartfelt – with people pausing, reflecting, and recognizing the human cost of abortion in Kansas. |
AFTERMATH will conclude the fall tour with stops in Chanute, Basehor, and Arkansas City over the next three weeks. We invite you to attend one of the upcoming stops, walk through the memorial, and witness firsthand the human cost of abortion in Kansas. Thank you to all who have already come and experienced it. |
Volunteers make it possible for AFTERMATH to be seen and experienced. Will you join us in bringing this hidden reality to light? Volunteer roles include: |
- Set-Up Crew | Help unload and set up the memorial (must be able to lift 50 lbs).
- Memorial Steward | Greet visitors, maintain a respectful atmosphere, and keep watch over the display (must be able to stand for 2 hours).
- Information Table Attendant | Share KFL materials and invite visitors to sign up for updates (must be able to stand for 2 hours).
- Packing Crew | Take down and pack the memorial (must be able to lift 50 lbs).

The Wrong Side of History: Vicki Schmidt's Record Revealed |
Next year's Kansas governor's race is already taking shape, and in a crowded field, one candidate stands out for all the wrong reasons. In this episode of On the Right Side of History, we take a closer look at Vicki Schmidt's voting record in the Kansas Legislature - a record that repeatedly opposed commonsense pro-life protections and moved in lockstep with pro-abortion Democrat Laura Kelly, not her fellow Republicans. |
Join us as we unpack the evidence, expose the contrasts, and explain why we all must dig deeper than campaign slogans to ensure Kansas' next governor is committed to protecting life, faith, and family. |

AFTERMATH Traveling Memorial Featured in the Salina Post |
"AFTERMATH was created in response to the surge of abortions in Kansas since the 2019 state Supreme Court ruling that declared abortion a constitutional right. That decision stripped away long-standing protections for women and their preborn children. The result has been devastating: thousands more abortions each year, families forever changed, and a human cost too often hidden from view. This memorial brings that reality into the light."
