Building to City standards
Could you follow the link to the Plans?
One can't afford to develop in Topeka, living up to the standards of your policies. We don't have "Go Topeka" money, that price does not matter. Those who have access to sales tax dollars have an unfair advantage.
Look at how the ordinary people must struggle to make Topeka great.
