As noted below in my email from August 20th, the official meeting minutes from the GO Topeka Board meeting were provided to Mr. McClure on July 11th per his KORA request on July 8th.  These meeting minutes are the official record of the meeting and include the outcome of the vote on the Innovation Center 2.0 project.

One can't afford to develop in Topeka, living up to the standards of your policies. We don't have "Go Topeka" money, that price does not matter. Those who have access to sales tax dollars have an unfair advantage.
