I firmly believe that the City of Topeka urgently needs to implement an ordinance
that explicitly states our commitment to refrain from engaging in any
transactions or partnerships with individuals or entities whose LLCs are not in
compliance with our established codes or conflict with recognized tax
methodologies. This step is crucial in upholding the integrity of our city's
operations and ensuring accountability in all dealings. This must have an
implied cross collateral and shall be enforced on all LLC’s collectivity.
This will
create an even playing field. One guy could become more successful if they have
their own rules.
