The hotel project needs immediate attention: we should close it, part ways with the current management company, and collaborate with local real estate experts to develop a smart plan for selling the property. Additionally, we need to revitalize our planning commissions and expand the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). Renaming it to reflect its broader role and opening it to greater public participation will ensure our government represents everyone, not just a select few.
