Good afternoon,

 

Thank you so much for registering to attend our primary election candidate forum tomorrow (Thursday, June 12^th from 3-5PM). Here is a breakdown of our time together and what to expect:

 

*Timeline*

2:50-3:00PM – Candidates Arrival

3:00-10PM – Candidates Network

3:10-15PM – Welcome Statements (Chamber)

3:20PM : Mayoral Candidate Forum

4:00-10PM : Brief Intermission

4:10PM : District 1 Candidate Forum

4:50PM : Closing Statements (Chamber)

 

Please note:

• Do not arrive earlier than 2:50PM.
• We are in the US Bank building – elevator to the 6^th Floor- 719 S. Kansas Avenue
• In person attendance is for our GTP Members Only
• Public can attend as well, at no cost, virtually
• The RSVP link to register for attendees in person or virtual is included below, please share with your network.
• REGISTER TO ATTEND
• Be prepared with a brief introduction 60 seconds or less, and a brief closing 30 seconds or less
• Questions are rapid fire 30 seconds to answer, they are not provided in advance
• Questions are not taken up from the audience. Questions asked of one candidate will be asked of another on the same panel.
• We will have pen, paper, and water for you
• Timing is very firm, and we take that seriously out of respect for all candidates and attendees
• Decorum will be observed in our room
