Good Afternoon Henry,

I hope you're doing well. I certainly appreciate all you continue to do. 

While researching lawsuits and such, I came across this article written in 2016 and just some more insight on how "overlooking" has not helped. So many issue's seem to have the same outcome over and over...lot of yapping and no action.

It seems lately each day, I hear the song..."Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right" and Topeka is stuck. Maybe one day there will be more light in this city and can prosper again.
