The Kansas Department of Commerce is working with an international agricultural equipment manufacturer that is planning to establish a U.S. footprint. Initially, they are looking for warehouse, office, and outside storage space for assembly, customer service, sales, and distribution. They have identified Kansas as a region of interest due to market accessibility.

 

Project Overview

  • Building
    • Open to lease or purchase of existing office/warehouse space
    • 20,000 - 40,000 sq. ft. on 4-9 acres of land with potential to expand
    • Office space minimum of 1,800 sq. ft.
    • Good highway access both north-south and east-west
    • Proximity to a container terminal is desirable
    • Equipped with an overhead crane would be best case scenario
    • Proximity to rail is preferred but not required
