I think the district is too small.
I got what I wanted. So I'm going to start acting like a true boy from Topeka. Just shut up and not make any waves.
When doing college hill TIF, I tried to get Ron Robb to add the campus center to the TIF. Now, look at the center, all vacant and in need of redevelopment. The center needs to be scrapped.
In this district, think about the Fox theater.
Topeka will not listen to Henry McClure.
