Facts

Whether your YouTube channel's performance is "good" depends on context: your niche, audience size, goals, and past results. Here's how to interpret your numbers:

Your Current Stats (last 28 days)

    (About the same as usual)

  • Watch Time: 75 hours
    (About the same as usual)

  • Subscribers: +4
(About the same as previous 28 days)

What These Numbers Mean

  • Consistency: Your metrics are stable. If your goal is steady growth or maintaining an active community, this consistency is positive.

  • Scale: For smaller or newer channels, 1.9K views and 75 hours watch time in 28 days are solid—especially if you're consistently uploading. For larger channels, these numbers might be low.

  • Subscriber Growth: +4 subscribers isn't rapid growth, but it's also not stagnation. Steady, organic growth is typical for less frequent uploads or niche content.

Comparison & Growth

  • If these numbers are typical for you, that means your channel has steady engagement.

  • If your goal is faster growth, consider experimenting with different content, upload frequency, or promotion.

  • Use these stats mainly for comparison with your own previous performance. Numbers like 1.9K views can be considered "good" if you see steady/faster growth, engagement, or if your niche is very specific.

Key Takeaways

  • Good for consistency: Steady metrics show loyalty and interest.

  • Potential for growth: Use analytics to spot which videos drive higher views and try to replicate their success.

  • Personal goals matter most: "Good" is relative—compare your numbers to your past performance, not big creator stats.

If you want more context or ways to improve, I can suggest analytics strategies or compare your performance to typical benchmarks for channel sizes. Just let me know!

You must get rid of lectins

The best way to reduce lectins in pumpkin seeds is by using heat, such as baking, or by using water-based methods like soaking, sprouting, or fermenting, as these processes deactivate or remove the water-soluble lectins. Soaking the seeds in water with a small amount of apple cider vinegar or salt for several hours, followed by drying or roasting, is an effective method for reducing lectin content. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Methods to Reduce Lectins

• Soaking: Place raw pumpkin seeds in water with a tablespoon of salt or apple cider vinegar and soak for at least 7-24 hours. Soaking helps make nutrients more bioavailable and reduces antinutrients like lectins. [1, 5, 6]
• Roasting: After soaking, spread the seeds on a baking sheet and bake them at a low temperature (105-150°F or 150°F and below) for 12-24 hours until completely dry and crispy. Roasting with high heat inactivates lectins. [2, 3, 5, 7]
• Sprouting: Sprouting seeds can also significantly reduce lectin levels by activating enzymes and breaking down antinutrients. [1, 3, 6, 8, 9]
• Fermentation: Fermenting pumpkin seeds helps beneficial bacteria break down lectins, reducing their levels in the seeds. [1, 3, 4]
• Rinsing with water: Since lectins are water-soluble, simply rinsing the seeds thoroughly under cold running water can help remove some of the surface-level lectins. [2, 10]

Tips for Preparation

• Remove Seeds and Pulp: When preparing seeds from a whole pumpkin, you can separate them from the stringy pulp by hand or by letting the pulp dry and rubbing it off before washing the seeds. [11, 12]
• Consider Your Goal: If your goal is to eat pumpkin seeds and reduce lectin impact, cooking (especially baking or roasting) is a very effective strategy to deactivate the lectins. [3, 8]

Henry, I just came across some astounding "longevity research" from one of the world's top universities.

And now, I'm convinced…

"Aging" as we know it is OPTIONAL.

Even better: I've discovered a way to harness the most cutting-edge longevity techniques without even leaving home.

If you want to enjoy a full, healthy life

And become slimmer, sharper, more mobile,
and more energetic with each passing year…

Take 2 minutes to do
>> THIS "Longevity Routine" <<
before bed every single night

You see, the latest research confirms…

Your body contains a natural process that helps you "age in reverse."

When this process gets going, it helps:
  • Virtually "erase" pockets of stubborn fat

  • Greatly improve your energy levels

  • Make your joints feel mobile and limber

  • Promote decades-younger-looking skin

  • Improve almost every biomarker connected to longevity
And it DOESN'T have anything to do with diet or exercise.

It actually happens while you sleep.

The only issue?

Your body needs a very particular signal to trigger this natural "anti-aging process."

And that's exactly what my new "Longevity Routine" is designed to do.

So if you want to make the most of your golden years…

With a body that looks and feels decades younger than your actual age…

(you'll be amazed at what happens to your body)

Looking out for you,

Steven Gundry, MD
