I was elated to see a spokesperson from JUMP Topeka at public comment to call for action/response/something/anything!!! Oh dam, I forgot, only 4 minutes and no dialogue at all. NEXT... I'll ask...WHO OWNS OUR TOWN?

The attached was addressed with the City of Topeka Council Members and seems as though nothing much has changed. EXCEPT, the unsheltered continues to grow each year and they get those Federal dollars. Buying a damn hotel and our streets are crap, building's dilapidated, raising property taxes and etc.
