Hi Henry, wish you happy Friday!

This is Noah with Leyton firm, a global tax consulting firm. Appreciate your time on the phone! As I said we do help commercial and residential property owners to capture some tax deductions and refunds for their properties with the different tax credits programs we specialize in. I'm sure you've heard about the 179D Tax deduction for commercial buildings and 45L Tax refund for residential buildings, we do also Cost Segregation. My senior manager would like to have a conversation with you regarding a mutual partnership between you and Leyton and explain the revenue share options that we provide for our partners.

So please choose a suitable time from my calendar here: Noah's Calendar

Thank you for considering this partnership. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Best regards,

Now you are all in on it.

My grandparents would say, "The rules for thee, but not for me."

The aristocracy should follow the same rules or at least their own.
