We do have a project in the CIP for the reconstruction of SE Adams from 37^th to 45^th Design will commence in 2027, with ROW acquisition and utility relocation in 2028 and construction in 2029 and 2030. That section of street is designated as a minor arterial. My plan is to add street lights as part of the project
