I love seeing millions spent annually on all sorts of ads to get me back to your company. Because when I first went there, all they should have done was just a little, simple and inexpensive kindness: treat me with a little more courtesy.
Theres only one boss: THE CUSTOMER. And he can fire everyone in the company from the president to the janitor, simply taking their money to spend elsewhere. "

Ordnance to create even playing field.

I firmly believe that the City of Topeka urgently needs to implement an ordinance that explicitly states our commitment to refrain from engaging in any transactions or partnerships with individuals or entities whose LLCs are not in compliance with our established codes or conflict with recognized tax methodologies. This step is crucial in upholding the integrity of our city's operations and ensuring accountability in all dealings. This must have an implied cross collateral and shall be enforced on all LLC’s collectivity.

This will create an even playing field. One guy could become more successful if they have their own rules.

Thank you for your attention to these critical issues. I look forward to positive action and meaningful changes that will contribute to the betterment of our beloved city.
