Hi –
After reviewing for building and accessibility compliance, I have conditionally approved allowing for deferred submittals related to those review comments. This is only plan review per 2021 IBC and 2010 ADA/DOJ. I've attached sheets FYI with review comments to date so you can get required responses to us as the project architect.
We have not received the required approval letter for the project from the Kansas Dept. of Agriculture. Please get that to us as soon as you are able. Documentation of their approval is required prior to issuance of the building permit.
I'm also sending a screenshot of the workflow of status of our team reviews. If you are tracking your permit case on our Portal, you should be able to review and also read comments noted in comment bubbles to share with your design team. Please encourage that responses or clarifications be sent to the reviewer and ask them to copy me please.
Looking forward to hearing from your team,
Thanx very much,
Fran

Henry,
Thanks for all this information.
The focus of my story is going to be that a judge's order to evict Joe McBride appears about to resolve a situation that was mentioned in April at a Topeka City Council meeting and sparked an emphatic response in June from a city councilwoman.
I will do my best to make sure the story is fair and accurate. The article is due at 1 p.m. today and will be published in Monday's paper.
By the way, I would be treating Kevin Cook exactly the same way I'm treating you if he were the one involved with this.
You might remember that last January I wrote a story about a situation that some people that made Cook look bad.
That article can be found at https://www.cjonline.com/story/news/local/2024/01/08/public-defender-apologizes-use-of-word-lynching-topeka-court-session/72113527007/.I'll keep in touch.

WOW, an informal hearing. Follow the trail on who this belongs to and see the name. Sad
Cook said that during his time as a commissioner, he has overseen improvements to the county's roads and bridges and renovations to its parks and community centers.
He noted that he has played a key role in the county's having increasing its cash reserves without raising its property tax mill level.
"While there is much that has been accomplished, there is more that remains to be achieved," Cook said. "I look forward to being a continuing part of the renewal of Shawnee County for the next four years."
