In prison, they had a saying... "Slow motion is better than no motion." In other words, moving slow is better than not moving at all. And while doing time... You're forced to move slow. Prison is a time-out for people who were moving too fast in the streets. And now that I'm out on the streets... This statement is more true than ever. You see, the people who are OK with moving in slow motion are the people who get lasting results. Why? Because nothing that comes fast lasts. Do you want an example? Fast money... Fast weight loss... Fast relationships... Are all quick to come but at the same time... Quick to go. Just think... When you're moving in slow motion, you're taking your time and building a solid foundation. You're setting yourself up for long-lasting results. Let's take a look at weight loss. Now, if you've tried crash dieting... Then you know it works. But only for a few days or a few weeks. But soon enough, all the weight you lost comes right back. Worse than ever. It's a fast route that doesn't last. Here's another example: Fast money. I know this topic well. You see, when I was younger... I wanted to get rich fast. So I went to the streets to get it. It worked. But only for a few months. And for the next 10 years, I was parked in prison... For trying to make fast money. I learned my lesson. And now that I'm older and wiser... This time I took a different route. The slow route. This time I built a business that gives people true value. And this time? The results lasted. The truth is, I'm not making a killing with Infinite Age... But it's something that will work long-term. Case in point... Anything in life that comes fast won't last. And anything that comes fast isn't respected. Fast is easy. Anyone can do it. But things that take time? Take discipline. And the results continue to come. For the long-term. Have a blessed day... -John Carlisle |
