Temporary Office Opening for Shawnee County GOP!
A HUGE THANK YOU to Phillis Setchell, Rob Fillion, and GOP Second District Chair Eric Rucker for their work and contribution to make a temporary office space (through the General Election) possible!
The office, located at 114 SW 8th Ave, will be manned by volunteers willing to give their time so that we have a space to pick up and drop off signs, gather, and summon newcomers with a physical presence. The consistent hours of operation are in the process of being worked out. Phillis Setchell is organizing volunteers. A huge thank you to Phillis, Rob, Sharon Meissener, Lana Kombacher, JuLee Adams, Mary Meininger and all who helped prepare the office, and everyone who has agreed to man it!
Please mark your calendars for the GRAND OPENING 5:30 PM Friday, Sept 6 at 114 SW 8th Ave, Topeka! Following the ~45 minute event with elected officials and candidates, Rob Fillion has agreed to assist attendees with using the Numinar campaign app! Because we don't have internet access at the office space, please download the app on your smartphone prior. The app will be used to help the GOP campaigns across Shawnee County by automating the info you need for making phone calls or going door-to door.
Below are step by step instructions.
First download Numinar on your phone by using your phone app store.
Once it is downloaded create a log-in using your email address associated with your phone and a password you will remember.
Once this is completed reach out to Rob Fillion at robjfillion@gmail.com or 785-531-2479 and ask him to add you to the area/candidate and method of voter outreach that you would to help with.
He will invite you to those lists and you will be able to begin helping get Republicans get elected using Numinar which will let you know who are high propensity voters in that designated area.
Also, some folks may be heading to Celtic Fox or Iron Rail for dinner afterwards... a great opportunity to eat and socialize impromptu with fellow Republicans!
If you're able to donate funds and/or time to this temporary office, your contribution will be greatly appreciated! Simply donate online HERE, or mail a check for "Shawnee County Republican Party" to our mailing address: Shawnee Co Republican Party - Suite 117, 2611 SW 17th St, Topeka KS 66604. (Also, as I'm writing this email, I've been alerted that again, someone is out there posing as me asking for money... Scammers have created yet another fake email address - but this time they spelled my name correctly. So please be careful!)
God Bless America, and may We Bless HIM!
To Victory!
