Hello,

 

We received a request from from an international manufacturing company in search of an existing building for their US assembly facility. They would like to be in the building by Q1 of 2025. Please provide me any flyers that meet the following requirements:

 

Real Estate Requirements

·                  86,000 SF - 152,000 SF existing building (no build-to-suit options)

·                  Stand-alone

·                  Purchase only

·                  Existing 5-ton crane or ability to add a crane

·                  Preference is 40' ceiling in warehouse area but could go lower (minimum 22')

·                  4–5 acre site adjacent to building to accommodate future expansion

·                  Within 5 miles of a four-lane highway

Please provide any property brochures by EOD Monday, July 8^th.
