Fwd: even playing field

The theme of two sets of rules resonates as I see the division of the individual vs the government.

Anyone who wants to do new deals in the area should NOT owe back taxes!!

How could anyone in a leadership role at Go Topeka get away with NOT leading by example?

Your Honor,

In the past, I may have mentioned publicly that it is unfair for developers to owe large amounts of money in the community and still be able to do deals.

It would be best if you treated everyone equally.

Let me say this at arm's length, this proves to put all the burden on developer you end up with a mess like this. You need to squeeze Jimbo for as much as you can in back taxes, waive the specials; then sell to the highest takers. We have 102 water meters in need of paying customers.

As far as the dust goes, the City should have helped me, only in hindsight do I that if I would as Jim for relief, he would have helped faster than the city.
