Hello Angela,
It was great to connect with you today.

Pizza Pub can offer hosting of fundraising events for clubs and organizations throughout the campus.
In some cases, we can offer live entertainment as well!

We request organizations be very involved in promoting their own events.

The women's Rugby team did an amazing job at posting flyers all around campus and off campus.
Overall they did an outstanding job of making sure their event was successful and had a great turn out.

Posting to their own Facebook and other social media is a huge bonus for them as well as posting while they are at the event.

I will also always promote on our Facebook page and in our blog.

I also try to attend the fundraisers to do a Facebook LIVE during the event.

I do, however, encourage, the event coordinator to do an FB live of their own.
We donate 10% of all food sales to the group, club, or organization.

Our turn around for money in-hand of the organizer is fast as we realize they are depending on those funds as soon as possible.

After the check is cut we do like to meet at Pizza Pub with the event organizer to hand over the check and for a photo opp which is also promoted on our blog and Facebook page.
