As some of you may know, our Performance Center location will no longer be under GreatLIFE ownership as of April 1, 2025. We have spent much time reflecting on the years of memories created there and thank everyone who has been a part of that journey.
Business deals like this are often fluid and have numerous tangents. While we had hoped to have all the details resolved and paperwork signed prior to our annual Topeka Newsletter email that went out earlier this week, despite our best efforts that did not quite happen. With that said, we have finalized our business deal and have the following updates concerning the Performance Center: The pool at the Performance Center is no longer available for GreatLIFE members to use effective January 1, 2025 as part of this transition. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may have caused.
The Performance Center will be officially closing for GreatLIFE members on March 31, 2025. This will be the Performance Center's last open day.
A letter will be mailed to current Performance Center members with this information and membership options going forward.

|  | We plan to disperse the fitness equipment at the Performance Center to other GreatLIFE locations. We will use this time to evaluate the needs of trading in or upgrading our cardio machines as well so other fitness centers can get a new facelift during this transition. That said, GreatLIFE members have options available to them for alternatives to the Performance Center's pool closing: All current Performance Center memberships will be transferred to our Central location at 225 SW 12th St, Topeka, KS 66612. If you have not yet had the opportunity to visit this location, you can enter the building we share with the YWCA on the South side. It is just a few blocks south of the Performance Center at 12th and Jackson. This location has two pools, with one of them being a therapy pool that is kept at 91 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a full fitness area with walking track, upstairs gym, men's and women's locker rooms with steam saunas, a co-rec dry sauna, a hot tub, a tanning bed and Hydro-Massage available. This is in addition to the many classes available at the facility.

|  | This is an exciting time for GreatLIFE. We outlined upcoming changes in our Annual Newsletter that was sent via email earlier this week, such as our renovation of Shawnee Country Club. The demo of SCC is almost complete, and we can't wait to start construction on what's to come for that location. Members can expect to receive their physical copy of the Topeka Annual Newsletter via mail in the next few weeks.
