This Armed Forces Day, let's take a moment to appreciate the men and women who protect our freedoms.

Henry, Happy Armed Forces Day! Gundry MD has no shortage of subscribers who proudly serve or have served their country… And I'm sure you'll agree, it's an absolute honor to have them here. I have such a strong respect for those who put their lives on the line to keep this and other countries safe and free… So I wanted to take a moment for us to give a heartfelt "thank you" to all of our active duty armed forces and veterans:   Here at Gundry MD, we appreciate you every day, more than you could ever know. And even if you personally haven't served… If you have a friend or family member who has, you deserve recognition as well. Supporting loved ones who protect and serve often requires cross-country moves, long-distance relationships, and countless other considerations. Believe me, that effort does not go unnoticed.
