☎️☎️☎️ A pivotal piece of legislation - SB 509, the Education Opportunity Tax Credit - is set to be debated in the Kansas Senate floor tomorrow (March 27, 2024).  By providing eligible families with an income tax credit towards homeschooling or private education expenses, it offers a means of broadening educational opportunities for all, particularly those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds due to its refundable nature. Please contact your senators and ask them to support SB509.
